10 Simple Steps To Become 'That Girl'

That Girl is successful. She is happy and she knows what she wants from life. She accomplishes her goals and lives exactly the kind of life you want to live. It’s possible to become ‘That Girl’. Although it won’t happen in just one day but slowly you can make small changes to become her.

Here are 10 simple steps you can take toward living the life you deserve to live.

1. Stop Eating Junk Food Too Much

You know how they say you are what you eat? They’re completely right. If you’re always eating deep-fried and oily food, you’re not going to feel your best self. Those chips, pizzas and burgers may sound delicious in the moment but if that is all what you eat, then that’s a problem.

Include green vegetables and fruits in your diet. Try to drink enough water. Avoid mindless snacking throughout the day. If you feel hungry, eat bigger meals instead.

But don’t take this step to the extreme and give yourself an eating disorder. Maintain balance and include everything in your diet.

2. Go On A Walk Every day

It may not be easy for you to get dressed in your fitness gear and hit the gym every day. However, going on a walk every day is not that difficult. You don’t even have to walk for too long. Even a ten-minute walk in a nearby park can help you feel better.

To make sure you feel motivated to go on a walk, invest in some athletic outfits that you’d feel excited to wear.

3. Get That Bold Haircut You’ve Always Wanted

Your haircut can literally change how you look and feel about yourself. If you want to change the way you look, getting a haircut is a great way to do that.

Don’t be afraid to try something different. If you’ve always had long hair and want to go for a shorter cut, go for it. It’s just hair. If it gets messed up, it’ll grow back in a few weeks.

4. Ask That Person Out On A Date

Life is too short to spend wondering if they like you or not. Why would you just sit in your bed and scroll through their Instagram pictures when you can just text them and ask them out on a date?

What’s the worst that could happen? They’ll say no? That would just give you the sign to move on and find someone else to crush on. If they say yes, congrats! You’re dating your crush now.

5. Introspect

Look, it doesn’t matter how many smoothies you are drinking and how difficult your workouts are. If you’re not going to take care of all the things going through your head, you’re going to continue being unhealthy.

6. Wear A Perfume Everyday

Now this may sound a little bit eccentric but trust me, wearing perfume even on the days you don’t go out will make you feel special. Usually, most people save their perfumes for only special occasions but if there’s anything the last few months has taught us, it’s that any day can be your last.

You never know what might happen. So just wear that expensive perfume today even if you’re going to stay in bed all day.

7. Document Your Life

Make TikToks. Post on Instagram. Write long Facebook posts. Tweet every time something good happens to you. Write in your journal.

Document your life so that one day you can look back and admire all the amazing moments you’ve lived through.

8. Take Yourself On a Solo Date

Want to try out a new restaurant but don’t have anyone to take you there? Why wait around? Dress up and take yourself there. It can be a great way to spend time with yourself while eating good food.

If you’re on a budget, you can just make a sandwich at home and go for a picnic in a park.

9. Mind Your Own Business

Gossip and drama may sound fun in the moment but focusing on yourself and your life is so much better. Stop hanging out with friends who only want to say negative things about other people. Surround yourself with people who believe in spreading positivity.

10. Live For Yourself

Stop doing things to please your social media followers or your parents and your friends. Start doing things you enjoy doing. It’s your life and the only person whose opinion should matter is you.
